HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD
01. Register
Visit the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) to register as a new patient and receive your MMCC number.
02. Appointment
Make an appointment with CannaLeaf Health to obtain your written medical cannabis certification.
03. Shop
After receiving your Medical Marijuana Card you are free to visit any of the Maryland dispensaries to buy your medical cannabis.
Important Information Regarding Registration and Certification
- Registration is valid for two years (This is the date on your MMCC ID card).
- Certification expires if not used to purchase cannabis at least once within 120-days of when certification was issued.
